Ingredients
- 3 cans (5.5-6 oz each), drained Tuna in Oil
- 1/2 diced (mix of colors for visual appeal) Sweet Peppers
- 1/4 finely diced Red onion
- 3 large Tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
- 1.5 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
- 1/2 minced (optional, for heat) Jalapeño
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and add it to a bowl.
- Finely dice the sweet pepper and red onion. Mince the jalapeño if using.
