Teriyaki Salmon with Stir-Fried Vegetables
Pan-seared salmon glazed with teriyaki sauce, served with a medley of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup P.F. Chang's Sauces
- 1 cup, julienned Carrots
- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced Onions
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp, grated Ginger
- 1 clove, minced Garlic
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add carrots and onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with soy sauce and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pan-sear salmon until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve salmon over stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
