  1. In a bowl, marinate salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add carrots and onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with soy sauce and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pan-sear salmon until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve salmon over stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
