Spring Salad with Kinder Egg Vinaigrette
A refreshing spring salad with mixed greens, fresh vegetables, and a sweet and tangy Kinder Egg vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 3 Kinder Joy
- 6 cups Spring Mix
- 1/2, sliced English Cucumbers
- 1, sliced Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Spinach
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Kinder Egg (chocolate and cream parts only, discard the toy), olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine spring mix, sliced cucumbers, and sliced bell peppers.
- Drizzle Kinder Egg vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
