Spring Cabbage and Sausage Stir-Fry with Egg Noodles
A quick and easy stir-fry featuring fresh spring cabbage, savoury sausage, and tender egg noodles in a light sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium Green Cabbage
- 500g Sausage
- 300g Egg Noodles
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the sausage and shred the cabbage. Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned. Ensure sausage reaches a safe internal temperature.
- Add the shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot.
