  1. In a bowl, mash avocado with sour cream, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, chili powder, cumin, and diced jalapeño (if using) and cook until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Warm tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave.
  5. Fill tortillas with the spicy mushroom mixture.
  6. Top with avocado crema and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
