Spicy Moose Meat Tacos with Mango Salsa

  1. Dice the bell peppers and onion. Mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat a little oil then brown the moose meat over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to bloom and coat the meat and vegetables evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, combine diced mango, chopped cilantro, diced avocado and lime juice to create the mango salsa.
  6. Warm the taco shells according to package directions.
  7. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned moose meat mixture and top with the mango salsa.
  8. Serve immediately.
