  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, carrots, and onion. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in sriracha for an extra kick.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
