Spicy Garlic Potato & Onion Flatbread
A quick and flavorful flatbread topped with spiced roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Potatoes
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Naan bread
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Dice potatoes into small, even pieces for faster roasting. Thinly slice onions. Mince garlic.
- Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast potatoes for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While potatoes roast, sauté onions in remaining olive oil until deeply caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Add garlic in the last minute to avoid burning.
- Warm the naan bread lightly.
- Top naan bread with the caramelized onions and garlic, then the roasted potatoes.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
