Speedy Nacho Salad
A quick salad with nacho flavor combining lettuce, cheddar cheese, and crushed nachos.
Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1.5 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sliced Black Olives
- 1.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1.5 cup Crushed Tortilla Chips
- 6 tbsp Italian Dressing
- 1 medium diced Avocado
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and diced avocado.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top of the salad.
- Just before serving, drizzle with Italian dressing and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately to prevent the chips from becoming soggy.
