Roasted Potato, Onion, and Garlic Flatbread
A simple flatbread topped with roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, and fragrant garlic, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
Ingredients
- 0.5 medium Potatoes
- 0.25 medium Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Flatbread
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thinly slice the potato and onion. Mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, toss potato slices, onion, and garlic with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the potato and onion mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and the vegetables are tender. Potatoes should be easily pierced with a fork.
- Slice and serve hot.
