Quick Taco Bowls with Ground Beef
A customizable and protein-packed taco bowl featuring seasoned ground beef, rice, beans, and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 (540 mL) can, drained and rinsed Black beans
- To taste Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1, diced Avocado
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Drain any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water until well combined.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In each bowl, layer cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, black beans, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, diced avocado, and a drizzle of sriracha.
- Serve immediately. Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, green onions, sour cream.
