  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin and turmeric, cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cooking sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chickpeas and salsa, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mash some of the chickpeas for a creamier texture.
  5. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with the chickpea mixture, fold, and serve immediately.
