Potato, Onion and Garlic Hash with Fried Egg
A simple and savory hash made with diced potatoes, onions, and garlic, seasoned with smoked paprika and topped with a fried egg for added richness.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Potatoes
- 1/4 medium Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Dice the potato and onion. Mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until browned and tender, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a separate pan, fry an egg to your liking.
- Serve the potato hash topped with the fried egg immediately.
