  5. Stir in the sautéed vegetables and cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin (for individual servings).
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
