Potato and Cheddar Pierogi Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 medium Potato
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small, diced Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Dice the potato into small cubes.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Avoid stirring too frequently to allow for browning.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
