  1. In a bowl, toss the pork cubes with taco seasoning, chili powder, and cumin.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add the diced pineapple to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly caramelized.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, and lime juice to make the slaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with the pork and pineapple mixture and top with the slaw. Serve immediately, with additional lime wedges if desired.
