Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fry with Crispy Noodles
A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring pork tenderloin, green cabbage, and crispy fried noodles in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 450g Fresh Pork
- 1/2 medium head, shredded Green Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp, grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 200g Egg noodles
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp (optional) Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cut pork into thin strips. In a bowl, mix pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add egg noodles and cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add sesame oil to the wok, then add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F or 63°C).
- Add green cabbage and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Add remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using) and stir-fry to combine.
- Return noodles to the wok and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
