  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare pie crust: Combine flour and salt. Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Divide in half, roll out each half.
  3. Line a pie dish with one crust. Layer cheese, bacon, ham, and beaten eggs seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Cover with the second crust, seal edges, and cut slits for steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
