  1. Cook basmati rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric and cumin. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cooking sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Gently add paneer cubes and garam masala, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring gently. If desired, stir in heavy cream for extra richness.
  6. Serve hot with basmati rice and garnish with cilantro.
