  1. If using fresh rice noodles, loosen them. If using dried, soak according to package instructions until pliable. Drain well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, honey, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Push chicken to one side of the wok.
  5. Pour in beaten egg and scramble lightly. Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Add rice noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.
