Pad See Ew with Chicken
Wide rice noodles stir-fried with chicken, Chinese broccoli, and a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 300g, fresh or dried Wide rice noodles
- 1.5 lb, thinly sliced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1.5 cup, chopped Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan)
- 1 tbsp San-J Tamari
- 1 tbsp SALEM FOODS Liquid Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1, lightly beaten Large eggs
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
Instructions
- If using fresh rice noodles, loosen them. If using dried, soak according to package instructions until pliable. Drain well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, honey, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Push chicken to one side of the wok.
- Pour in beaten egg and scramble lightly. Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add rice noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
