  1. For the base: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts (or almonds), melted butter, and 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips. Press firmly into an ungreased 8x8 inch pan.
  2. For the filling: In a bowl, cream together butter, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and custard powder until smooth. Spread evenly over the base.
  3. For the topping: Melt the remaining chocolate chips with evaporated milk, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over the filling.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the topping is set. Cut into squares.
