Nacho Cheese Soup
A creamy and cheesy soup with nacho toppings like jalapenos, tomatoes, and tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can, undrained Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (drained) Mushroom Pieces & Stems
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup crushed Tortilla Chips
- 2 tbsp, diced Pickled Jalapenos
- 2, thinly sliced Green Onion
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth and diced tomatoes (undrained) to a simmer.
- Add the mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with diced pickled jalapenos, crushed tortilla chips, and thinly sliced green onions. Serve hot.
