Moose Meat Stir-Fry with Noodles
A quick and flavorful Chinese stir-fry featuring thinly sliced moose meat, mixed vegetables, and savory sauce served with noodles.
Ingredients
- 150 g Moose Meat
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup, sliced Assorted Sweet Peppers
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Soup Mix
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Egg Noodles
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
Instructions
- Slice the moose meat into thin strips. In a small bowl, toss the moose meat with cornstarch and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. This will help tenderize the meat and create a nice sear.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the remaining sesame oil over high heat. Add moose meat and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets and sliced sweet peppers to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric powder, rice vinegar and soup mix. Pour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute
- Add the cooked egg noodles and moose meat to the wok and toss to combine, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
