  1. Slice the moose meat into thin strips. In a small bowl, toss the moose meat with cornstarch and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. This will help tenderize the meat and create a nice sear.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a wok or large skillet, heat the remaining sesame oil over high heat. Add moose meat and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli florets and sliced sweet peppers to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric powder, rice vinegar and soup mix. Pour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles and moose meat to the wok and toss to combine, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
