Montreal Smoked Meat and Pickle Sandwiches
Classic Montreal smoked meat sandwiches served on rye bread with mustard and pickles.
Ingredients
- 6 slices Rye bread
- 1 lb Montreal smoked meat
- 3 tbsp Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
- 6 Pickles (dill or sour)
Instructions
- Lightly toast rye bread slices if desired.
- Spread mustard on rye bread slices.
- Layer Montreal smoked meat generously on the bread.
- Add pickles on top.
- Top with the other slice of rye bread. Serve immediately.
