Montreal Bagel Sandwich with Cream Cheese and Veggies
Toasted Montreal bagels filled with cream cheese, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and sprouts for a light and refreshing lunch.
Ingredients
- 3 Montreal Bagels
- 6 tablespoons Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2, thinly sliced Cucumber
- 1, thinly sliced Tomato
- 1/2 cup Sprouts
- Optional, to taste Everything Bagel Seasoning
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler or toaster oven.
- Slice Montreal bagels in half and toast lightly until golden brown.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on both halves of each bagel.
- Layer sliced cucumber, tomato, and sprouts on the bottom half of each bagel.
- Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper to taste.
- Top with the other half of the bagel and serve immediately. For a more substantial sandwich, consider adding avocado slices or a sprinkle of alfalfa sprouts.
