- 1/2 cup, crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 1 pint Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles
Instructions
- Soften ice cream slightly.
- Spread a thick layer of ice cream between two cookies to form a sandwich.
- Roll the edges of the ice cream sandwich in crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Roll the edges of the ice cream sandwich in sprinkles
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
