  2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, toss sliced bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and kalamata olives over the vegetables.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.
