Mediterranean Veggie Flatbreads
Healthy and flavorful flatbreads topped with Mediterranean-inspired vegetables and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 package (2 flatbreads) Flatbread Pizzas
- 1 cup, sliced Bell Peppers
- 1/2 cup, sliced Red Onion
- 1 cup, sliced Zucchini
- 1/2 cup, pitted and halved Kalamata Olives
- 150 g, crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- To taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush flatbreads with olive oil.
- In a bowl, toss sliced bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and kalamata olives over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Slice and serve immediately.
