  2. Steam or boil broccoli until tender-crisp. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour egg mixture into the skillet, ensuring it distributes evenly over the vegetables.
  7. Arrange cheese slices over the top of the frittata.
  8. Cook on the stovetop for 5 minutes, then transfer to the oven.
  9. Bake for 18-23 minutes, or until set and lightly golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
