  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit mini muffin tins.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine pancake mix, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and butterscotch extract.
  7. Fill each tart shell with the maple mixture, being careful not to overfill.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is set. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
