Mango Sunrise Smoothie
A refreshing breakfast smoothie with mango, yogurt, and a hint of citrus and ginger.
Ingredients
- 1 large, ripe Mango
- 1 cup (or 1/2 tub) Yogurt Tubs
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp (or to taste) Honey
- 1/2 tsp, grated (optional) Fresh Ginger
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mango, reserve a small piece for garnish.
- Combine mango, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ginger (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with mango piece, and serve immediately.
