Mango Sticky Rice Pudding
A simple and creamy rice pudding with the fresh taste of mango, infused with coconut extract and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Mango
- 0.75 cup Arborio Rice
- 3 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
- 1 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mango.
- In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, and sugar.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and pudding has thickened, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- Stir in vanilla extract, coconut extract and half of the diced mango.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with remaining mango and toasted sesame seeds.
