Mango Mousse Magic
A light and airy mango mousse that delights the senses with its creamy texture, enriched with lime and a touch of cardamom for exotic tropical flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe, pureed Mangoes
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup, whipped to soft peaks Whipping cream
- 2 tbsp (or to taste) Sugar
- 1 tbsp mixed with 1/4 cup warm water Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 tsp fresh Lime juice
- Pinch ground Cardamom
Instructions
- Mix coconut milk powder with 1/4 cup warm water until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine mango puree, coconut milk mixture, yogurt, lime juice, sugar, and cardamom. Stir well to blend flavors.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until just combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
- Pour into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving, allowing mousse to set.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or a slice of fresh mango before serving.
