Mango Lassi Popsicles (Indian)
Refreshing and creamy mango lassi popsicles, a simple and delicious Indian-inspired dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 large Mango, peeled and cubed (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/2 cup Milk (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
- 2 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup, agave)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom (ground)
- 1 tsp Lime Juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or other sweetener), cardamom, and lime juice (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid. To easily remove popsicles, run the molds briefly under warm water.
