Korean Tofu and Cabbage Stir-Fry
A flavorful stir-fry featuring cabbage, tofu, and a spicy Korean-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium Green Cabbage
- 400g Firm Tofu
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Shred the cabbage. Mince the garlic, ginger, and chop the green onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add the shredded cabbage, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and cabbage, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Ensure tofu is heated thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
