  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Shred the cabbage. Mince the garlic, ginger, and chop the green onions.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil.
  4. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  6. Pour the sauce over the tofu and cabbage, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Ensure tofu is heated thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
