Korean Style Turkey Meatloaf with Spicy Glaze Dinner
A flavorful twist on classic meatloaf using ground turkey and a spicy Korean-inspired glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/2, finely chopped Onion
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 stalks, chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 cube, crushed Chicken Cubes
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, crushed chicken cube, and black pepper.
- Mix well and shape into a meatloaf.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
