  3. Mix well and shape into a meatloaf.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
