Korean Fried Rice with Hershey's Eggies
Savory Korean fried rice with kimchi and vegetables, topped with sweet and colorful Hershey's Eggies.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup, chopped Kimchi
- 1/2 cup Potatoes
- 1/2 cup, diced Carrot
- 1/4 cup Mandarins
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Mini Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp, chopped Green onions
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped kimchi and diced carrots. Cook until carrots are slightly softened.
- Add diced potatoes, cook until almost softened.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
- Stir in Gochujang sauce and green onions
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top fried rice with Mini Eggs.
