Korean Cucumber Bites with Cream Cheese & Hemp Hearts

Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber Long Seedless English Cucumbers
- 115 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Natural Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 tsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes)
- 1/4 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Soften the cream cheese and mix with a drop of soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Spread a thin layer of seasoned cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
- Sprinkle each slice with a pinch of gochugaru and hemp hearts.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
