  1. Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat. Crumble 1/2 Chicken Cube over beef
  2. Add the cooked rice and kimchi to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang (if using), and black pepper.
  4. Fry eggs in a separate pan to your liking.
  5. Serve the fried rice in bowls topped with a fried egg and chopped green onions.
