Korean Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice Lunch Bowls
Flavorful fried rice with lean ground beef, spicy kimchi, and a protein-packed fried egg.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 3 cups Cooked Rice (leftover)
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 stalks, chopped Green Onions
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp (optional) Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cube Chicken Cubes
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat. Crumble 1/2 Chicken Cube over beef
- Add the cooked rice and kimchi to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang (if using), and black pepper.
- Fry eggs in a separate pan to your liking.
- Serve the fried rice in bowls topped with a fried egg and chopped green onions.
