Korean BBQ Pork with Sesame Noodles
Delicious Korean BBQ style pork served over a bed of sesame-flavored noodles, packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Pork Chops
- 3 servings, cooked Sesame Noodles
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced Ginger
- 1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 3 stalks, chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice pork chops thinly and marinate with soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, brown sugar, sriracha, sesame oil, and black pepper for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook sesame noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or pan-fry the marinated pork until cooked through and slightly caramelized, ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Toss the cooked noodles with sesame oil and rice vinegar. Top with the grilled pork and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately.
