Kiwi-Mango Sorbet Swirl
A refreshing frozen dessert blending the tangy flavors of kiwi with the sweetness of mango, enhanced with fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 1 large, peeled and chopped Mango
- 3 kiwi, peeled and chopped Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp (optional) Honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place the chopped mango and kiwi in separate bowls and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, process the mango in a food processor until smooth. Add half of the lime juice and half of the sweetener (if using).
- Stir in half of the chopped mint into the mango sorbet.
- Process the frozen kiwi in the food processor until smooth. Add the remaining lime juice and sweetener.
- Stir the remaining chopped mint into the kiwi sorbet
- To create the swirl, alternate spoonfuls of each puree into a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later.
