Kiwi-Mango Sorbet Swirl

A refreshing frozen dessert blending the tangy flavors of kiwi with the sweetness of mango, enhanced with fresh mint.

  1. Place the chopped mango and kiwi in separate bowls and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.
  2. Once frozen, process the mango in a food processor until smooth. Add half of the lime juice and half of the sweetener (if using).
  3. Stir in half of the chopped mint into the mango sorbet.
  4. Process the frozen kiwi in the food processor until smooth. Add the remaining lime juice and sweetener.
  5. Stir the remaining chopped mint into the kiwi sorbet
  6. To create the swirl, alternate spoonfuls of each puree into a serving bowl.
  7. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
