Italian Easter Lamb Patties with Pan Fried Potatoes
Italian styled lamb patties, topped with sauteed onions and tomatoes and spices, served with pan fried potatoes.
Ingredients
- 454 g Lamb Shoulder Roll
- 1/2 onion, sliced Yellow Onions
- 1/2 can Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian Herbs
- 2 medium, diced Potatoes
- 1 package Dry Sauce Mix
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Slice the lamb shoulder roll into smaller pieces and grind it in a food processor.
- Season the lamb with garlic powder, and Italian Herbs.
- In a pan, sauté onions until lightly browned. Add Tomatoes, Dry Sauce Mix, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer.
- Form lamb mixture into patties. Pan fry in a skillet until cooked through.
- Boil or microwave the potatoes. Next, add the diced potatoes to the skillet. Stir until it's well coated.
- Serve the lamb patties atop diced potatoes.
