Italian Easter Lamb Patties with Pan Fried Potatoes

  1. Slice the lamb shoulder roll into smaller pieces and grind it in a food processor.
  2. Season the lamb with garlic powder, and Italian Herbs.
  3. In a pan, sauté onions until lightly browned. Add Tomatoes, Dry Sauce Mix, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer.
  4. Form lamb mixture into patties. Pan fry in a skillet until cooked through.
  5. Boil or microwave the potatoes. Next, add the diced potatoes to the skillet. Stir until it's well coated.
  6. Serve the lamb patties atop diced potatoes.
