Italian Cheese & Pepper Bites
A simple yet flavorful snack with cheese cubes and sautéed peppers, enhanced with herbs and a touch of garlic.
Ingredients
- 170 g Cheese
- 1/2 pepper (any color) Peppers
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Dice the pepper into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced pepper and garlic powder sauté until slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook; peppers should retain some crispness.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine the cheese cubes and sautéed peppers.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and toss gently.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best flavor.
