  2. In three glasses or parfait dishes, layer yogurt, spiced apples, and granola.
  3. Drizzle with honey. For a more pronounced flavor, toast the oats in a dry pan for 5 mins before layering. Be careful not to burn.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
