  4. Shape the mixture into small, egg-shaped patties. Ensure patties are uniformly shaped to cook evenly.
  5. Coat each patty evenly with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers. This helps to achieve a crispier exterior.
  7. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through. Ensure they are cooked evenly on both sides.
