High Protein Tuna and Kimchi Sandwich
A simple and quick protein-packed lunch option with tuna, kimchi, and avocado slices.
Ingredients
- 3 cans, drained Skipjack Light Tuna
- 1/2 cup, chopped Kimchi
- 3 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 1.5, sliced Avocado
- 6 slices Bread
- 1 tsp (optional) Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped kimchi, and Miracle Whip. Add sriracha for an extra kick.
- Spread the tuna mixture on slices of bread.
- Top with avocado slices and another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
- Serve immediately.
