Ham and Cabbage Salad Rolls
A light and fresh salad using ham and cabbage, rolled in lettuce leaves for a healthy lunch.
Ingredients
- 6 slices Sliced Deli Ham
- 1/4 medium head, shredded Green Cabbage
- 1 medium, shredded Carrots
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 6 large leaves Lettuce Leaves
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and diced ham.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Spoon salad into lettuce leaves.
- Roll up and serve immediately.
