French Crêpes with Nutella and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/8 teaspoon Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup, sliced Strawberries
Instructions
- In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes for better texture.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each crêpe.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.
- Spread Nutella on each crêpe, top with sliced strawberries, and fold in half or quarters.
- Serve immediately. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
