  2. Cook chicken breast using your preferred method (boiling, baking, or poaching). Shred with two forks.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spread a thin layer of salsa in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and cheese. Roll up tightly and place seam-down in the baking dish.
