Ferrero Rocher Chicken Korma
Creamy Indian chicken korma with a hint of nutty sweetness from Ferrero Rocher chocolates, served with basmati rice.
Ingredients
- 6 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates
- 3 (cut into bite-sized pieces) Chicken thighs
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1.5 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp, grated Ginger
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/2, diced Onion
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- To taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry powder, garam masala, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
- Add heavy cream and Ferrero Rocher chocolates (chopped). Simmer for 20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.
- Serve chicken korma over jasmine rice.
