Whipped Feta with Cucumber and Dill
A creamy and refreshing dip with whipped cottage cheese, dill, lemon juice and cucumbers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Mini Cucumbers (diced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, whip the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, use a whisk and mix vigorously.
- In a bowl, combine the whipped cottage cheese, diced cucumbers, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Serve chilled as a dip with vegetables, or as a side dish.
